Alerting you before a collision
Even when we’re driving at our best, we still need to keep an eye out to avoid accidents with other cars or pedestrians in front of us. Thankfully, the IQ.DRIVE® technology monitors the road ahead with the ability to help brake on its own. It’ll first provide audio and visual alerts when you’re driving at higher speeds and at risk of a potential collision. Then, if necessary, it’ll automatically apply brakes to help mitigate or avoid a collision.*
Emergency Assist

When Travel or Lane Assist is active and something serious happens where you lose the ability to drive, IQ.DRIVE® technologies can help bring you to a stop. First, it’ll alert you numerous times and if you’re still un-responsive, it’ll bring the car to a controlled stop, helping to keep you and others on the road safer.*

No matter what kind of road you’re driving on, if you’re 35 MPH or faster, IQ.DRIVE® can help keep you from going over the lines. If your vehicle begins to drift without your turn signal on, IQ.DRIVE® can warn you and counter steer when activated to help ensure you stay in your lane.*
Driver Assistance
Light Assist
When driving at 18 MPH or faster and your surroundings get dark, the available Light Assist driver assistance feature turns on to help make sure the road ahead is lit, and when your speed slows to 12 MPH, it turns off. You can set the high beams into “auto” mode, so they’ll automatically activate when there’s low light, and turn off when there’s an oncoming vehicle, or you enter an area that’s well lit by the environment or by traffic conditions.*
Park Distance Control with Maneuver Braking
The available Park Distance Control helps take the guess work out of parking your car, while Maneuver Braking helps apply the brake automatically to help mitigate the chance of a collision with stationary objects while reversing into a spot. With Park Distance Control’s audio beeps and visual support, you’ll know if you’re getting too close to detected obstacles in front of or behind your car. It’ll also share additional information on your display, so you can see what’s behind your car as you reverse within a parking spot.*
Dynamic Road Sign Display

In Snow Mode, the engine can upshift earlier, which helps keep it in a lower RPM range and helps prevent too much power from going to the wheels too quickly
On-Road Mode
In good conditions on a paved road, stay in On-Road Mode, and choose from four different settings combining performance and comfort.
Off-Road Mode
Off-Road Mode can help maintain traction on challenging road surfaces. On steep grades, it can activate Hill Descent Control to help keep a safe speed as you descend.*
